SPOTTED!: LIL KIM MAKES FIRST APPEARANCE SINCE GIVING BIRTH + MORE!

Rap star Lil Kim made her first appearance since giving birth to her first child this past Saturday (July 12), when she hit up the "On The Run" (OTR) concert

Kim gave birth to daughter Royal Reign last month on June 9. Royal Reign's father is Kim's current boyfriend and up and coming New York rapper, Mr. Paper.
