No. 1 Matchbox Twenty's North debuts with 95,000 copies sold this week.

No. 2 Imagine Dragons' Night Visions debuts with 83,000 copies sold this week.
No. 3 Lecrae's Gravity debuts with 72,000 copies sold this week.
No. 4 Now 43 compilation sold 35,000 copies this week.
No. 5 Carrie Underwood's Blown Away sold 29,000 copies this week.
No. 6 Maroon 5's Overexposed sold 29,000 copies this week.
No. 7 2 Chainz's Based on a T.R.U. Story sold 26,000 copies this week, bringing his total sales to 250,000.
No. 8 Fun's Some Nights sold 28,000 copies sold this week.
No. 9 Trey Songz's Chapter V sold 24,000 copies this week, bringing his total sales to 200,000.
No. 10 Cat Power's Sun debuts with 23,000 copies sold this week.

No. 60 Rihanna's Talk That Talk sold roughly 5,000 copies this week, bringing her total sales to roughly 1,000,000.
No. 90 Dwele's Greater Than One sold r0ughly 4,000 copies this week, bringing his total sales to 15,000.
Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Sept. 9) totaled 4.76 million units, down 3% compared with the sum last week (4.90 million) and down 13% compared with the comparable sales week of 2011 (5.49 million).
