ALBUM SALES FOR THE WEEK ENDING AUGUST 28

No. 1 Game's R.E.D debuts with 98,000 copies sold this week. 

No. 2 Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch The Throne sold 94,000 copies this week, bringing their total sales to 707,000.

No. 3 Adele’s 21 sold 82,000 albums sold this week, bringing her total sales to 3,135,000.

No. 4 Barbara Streisand What Matters Most debuts with 68,000 copies sold this week. 

No. 5 Pistol Annies' Hell On Heels debuts with 44,000 copies sold this week.

No. 6 Now That’s What I Call Music 39 sold 44,000 copies this week, bringing total sales to 217,000.

No. 7 Luke Bryan’s Tailgates & Tanlines sold 35,000 copies this week, bringing his total sales to 233,000.

No. 8 Muppets: the Green Album debuts with 30,000 copies sold this week.

No. 9 Jason Aldean's My Kind Of Party sold 29,000 copies this week.

No. 10 Eric Church's Chief sold 24,000 copies this week, bringing his total sales to 104,000.

I'S MARRIED NOW: SOFIA COPPOLA GETS MARRIED!

Lost In Translation director (The Virgin Suicides and Marie Antoinette) and actress (The Godfather Part II and The Godfather Part III) Sofia Coppola, married her longtime boyfriend, French rocker Thomas Mars in southern Italy this past Saturday (August 27). 

Sofia wore a sleeveless violet Azzedine Alaïa dress.

The ceremony took place behind Sophia's famous screen-writing/film directing father, Francis Ford Coppola's (The Godfather Part I, The Godfather Part II and The Godfather Part III) lavish home in a tiny Italian village. The wedding was officiated by the local mayor and 80 guests attended the wedding which included actor Johnny Depp and Star Wars creator, George Lucas.

This is the second marriage for Sofia who was once married to Otis director Spike Jonze (Being John Malkovich and Where The Wild Things Are).

Sofia and Tom are the parents of two girls.

HE-LARRY-US: "BEYONCE" TALKS PREGNANCY & BABY SHOWER GIFTS

After stunning everyone by announcing her pregnancy on the red carpet at the 2011 MTV's Video Music Awards, "Beyonce" recently released a YouTube video going into further detail about her pregnancy.

In the video "Beyonce" talks about everything from her pregnancy "reg-a-may" (regime) to the Alexander McQueen breast pads she'll be rocking while breastfeeding!

*UPDATED* IT'S A CELEBRATION BITCHES: T.I. RELEASED FROM PRISON TODAY!

According to Sandrarose.com, rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris was sent back to federal prison yesterday (September 1) after being released from an Arkansas prison just 1 day earlier.

T.I. will serve out the remainder of his 11-month sentence at The United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, Georgia. He is expected to be released on September 29 of this year.

British singer Estelle recently released the a remix to her newest single Break My Heart featuring rappers Jadakiss and Busta Rhymes with Swizz Beatz handling the unnecessary add-libs/random screaming on the track production.

Break My Heart remix samples 90's R&B duo Zhane’s hit single Sending My Love (that use to be my jam!) and even sees Estelle going back to her rap roots and spitting a hot fire...word to Dylan the Dillinger!

Today, August 25, marks the 10-year anniversary of the truly amazing singer and actress Aaliyah Dana Haughton.


Aaliyah was just 22-years old when she and members of team perished in a small plane while flying from the Bahamas. Aaliyah had just wrapped shooting for her music video on her hit single, Rock the Boat.
