No. 1 Adele’s “21” sold 98,000 copies this week bringing her total album sales to just over 751,000.

No. 2 Rise Against’s “Endgame” debuted with 85,000 albums sold this week.

No. 3 Lupe Fiasco’s “Lasers” sold 47,000 copies this week bringing his total album sales to 251,000.

No. 4 Glee’s TV soundtrack debuted with 43,000 albums sold this week. 

No. 5 Mumford & Sons’ “Sigh No More” sold 41,000 copies this week.

No. 6 Justin Bieber’s “Never Say Never: The Remixes” sold 34,000 copies this week.

No. 7 Avril Lavigne’s “Goodbye Lullabye” sold 32,000 copies this week bringing her total album sales to 119,000.

No. 8 "Now That's What I Call Music 37” sold 30,000 copies this week.

No. 9 Travis Barker’s “Give the Drummer Some” debuted with 28,000 albums sold this week.

No. 10 Marsha Ambrosius’ “Late Nights and Early Mornings” sold 28,000 copies this week bringing her total album sales to 165,000.

This song is SO TOUGH jo! No, like fo'real the beat is disgusting; Cam'ron's flow is so *Beyonce voice* sick'anin'; Kanye's hook is the bomb.com and the Sylenna Johnson's chorus is like butter baby!

Another thing I like about this song is that Cam'ron went back to really rhyming. He 86'd the oopsie daisy, loco crazy, I'm so swazy Dipset foolishness that had become synonymous with his rhymes.


Oh, and Cam'ron is a #bun too!

No. 2 Adele’s “21” sold 133,000 copies this week bringing her total album sales to just over 653,000.

THROWBACK VIDEO OF THE WEEK: R.E.M.'S "LOSING MY RELIGION"

This is one of my favorite songs from my childhood. 

*Sophia from “The Golden Girls” voice* Picture it, summer of '91, I was a camper at an overnight camp called Camp Christ Child. My camp counselor Elsie --think a young (teenage) Sarah Jessica Parker look-alike with a "Blossom" personality (don’t even try to front because you know that show was #thebomb back in the day).

Anyway, I was Elsie’s shadow and she loved this song, so naturally I began to love it too. “Losing My Religion” and the Rare Essence song where the band spelled their name were in heavy rotation that summer at Christ Child.
