STOP THE TRACK, LET ME STATE FACT: VH1 SAYS MEEKA CLAXTON NOT FIRED FROM BASKETBALL WIVES + TIONNA SMALLS GIVES SHAUNIE O'NEAL THE BLUES

Earlier today, TMZ reported that VH1 fired Basketball Wives Miami newest scapegoat cast member Meeka Claxton from the franchise.

Soon many blogs followed suit and also mis-reported that Meeka had been fired.

However,  VH1 says contrary to the popular mis-reporting, Meeka Claxton has NOT been fired from Basketball Wives

In fact, according to VH1's blog, "no confirmed casting decisions for season four," have been made as of yet.

Check out the official statement from VH1 plus Tionna Small of What Chilli Wants gives Shaunie O'Neal the blues via Twitter for her "unprofessionalism" after the break!

Contrary to what TMZ has reported, we here at VH1 can confirm that Meeka Claxton has not been fired from Basketball Wives (at least not yet). TMZ claimed Claxton was fired and wrote that “According to sources involved with production … Meeka has not been invited back” for season four. While it’s true that there are no confirmed casting decisions for season four, as we reported last month, we spoke to one producer this morning who told us “nothing has been decided” regarding her return to the show, meaning she hasn’t been fired, but she also hasn’t been re-hired. We’ll just have to keep waiting and stop speculating for a few more weeks until we know for sure. Judging from our Meeka poll, Meeka has just as many fans as she has haters out there, it’s no wonder this is such a difficult decision.
Tionna Smalls of VH1's What Chilli Wants is the most recent celeb to chastise Shaunie O'Neal and the Basketball Wives franchise for their deplorable antics and adult bullying behavior.

I concur!!!

I've already stated my piece on the Basketball Wives of Miami so I'm not going to re-open that can of worms.

However I will say this, at times like these it's better to have more chiefs than Indians.

You don't always have to be a groupie/follower/flunky/get with.

It's ok to stand up for what you know is right and wrong!
