Former Georgia State Director of Rural Development for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) ShirlEy Sherrod is suing conservative blogger Andrew Breibart for damaging her reputation
Sherrod alleges in her complaint that Breibart actions have damaged her reputation.
Last summer, Sherrod was fired from her positon at the USDA when Breitbart  posted an edited video of Sherrod at a speaking engagement and the video appeared to make her seem racist.
On Saturday (Feb. 12), Breitbart responded to Sherrod’s suit by posting a message on his website. He states,
I find it extremely telling that this lawsuit was brought almost seven months after the alleged incidents that caused a national media frenzy occurred. It is no coincidence that this lawsuit was filed one day after I held a press conference revealing audio proof of orchestrated and systemic Pigford fraud. I can promise you this: neither I, nor my journalistic websites, will or can be silenced by the institutional Left, which is obviously funding this lawsuit. I welcome the judicial discovery process, including finding out which groups are doing so.
I’m glad to hear that Sherrod is suing Breibart for damages.

And as far as Breibart comments regarding Sherrod waiting 7 months after the controversy to file her complaint, that’s why we have statute of limitations…AND since the statute has not tolled, shut de phuck up and worry about getting your defense in order Mark Ass Buster!
