WHAT I MISS? ERYKAH BADU WINDOW SEAT VIDEO/CONTROVERSY & CHARGES FILED

Posted by: Roxxanne Roxxanne

Ever since Erykah Badu premiered her controversial video Window Seat, in the “eloquent” words of the bootleg Superhead, Kat Stacks, Ms. Badu has had the “whole internet going nuts!

The big controversy is that during the course of the music video Badu takes off layers of her clothing in a public/momentous place-- Dealey Plaza is where President John F. Kennedy was assainated, in front of dozens of people.

By the end of the video, Ms. Badu is buckey-ball nekkid!

Badu and her camera crew shot the video "guerilla style" in one take, but they did not obtain the necessary permit to shoot the video in Dealey Plaza.

According to CNN, Badu was mailed a misdemeanor citation for disorderly conduct for “disrob[ing] in a public place without disregard [sic] to other individuals and children who were in close proximity…,” after witness came forward and filed a complaint against Badu.

While some people were in uproar over Badu actions, others praised the singer for her artistry, fearlessness and/or their discovery that she got a donk!

Check out the video after the break!
