ALBUMS SALES FOR THE WEEK ENDING APRIL 25, 2010 PLUS NEWS ON FORMER BLAQUE MEMBER'S ARREST

No.1 CBS’ Glee, “The Power of Madonna” debuts at No. 1 with 98,000 albums sold.


No. 2 Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now," sold 83,000 album.


No. 3 Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0," sold 81,000 albums.


No. 4 AC/DC's debut soundtrack to the upcoming "Iron Man 2," sold 76,000 albums.


No. 5 Usher's "Raymond v Raymond," sold 52,000 albums this week bringing his total sales to 538,000.


No. 6 "Now 33" compilation sold 37,000 albums.


No. 7 Jimmy Buffett’s "Encores," debut with 31,000 albums sold.


No. 8 Justin Bieber's "My World", sold 31,000 albums.


No. 9 Zac Brown Band's "The Foundation," sold 29,000 albums.


No. 10 Lady Gaga's "The Fame," sold 28,000 albums.

No. 14 Ke$ha's “Animal,” sold 24,300 albums this week, bringing her total sales to 623,800.


No. 15 Monica's “Still Standing,” sold 24,300 this week, bringing her total sales to 356,600.


No. 16 Black Eyed Peas' “E.N.D,” sold 21,400 albums this week, bringing their total sales to 2,456,300.


No. 17 Ludacris' “Battle of the Sexes,” sold 21,100 album this week, bringing his total sales to 355,600.


No. 19 Cypress Hill's “Rise Up,” debut with 18,500 albums sold.


No. 23 Sade's “Soldier of Love,” sold 16,900 albums this week, bringing my “Auntie’s” totals sales to 1,116,400.


No. 27 Marvin Sapp's “Here I Am,” sold 15,400 albums this week, bringing his total sales to 189,400.


No. 29 Erykah Badu's “New Amerykah Part Two,” sold 14,100 this week, bringing her total sales to 173,600.


No. 31 Rihanna's “Rated R,” sold 13,900 this week, bringing her total sales to 844,200.


No. 34 Gorillaz's “Plastic Beach,” sold 12,700 albums this week, bringing his total to 229,600.


No. 35 Alicia Keys' “The Element of Freedom,” sold 12,600 albums this week, bringing her total sales to 1,229,700.


No. 37 Lil Wayne's “Rebirth,” sold 12,000 this week, bringing his total sales to 529,700.


No. 50 Trey Songz's “Ready,” sold 11,500 this week, bringing his total sales to 682,900.


No. 58 Gucci Mane’s “Burrrprint [2] HD,” sold 8,600 albums this week, bringing his total sales to 28,000.


No. 87 Devin the Dude's “Suite 420,” debut with 6,100 albums sold.


No. 110 Method Man, Ghostface Killah & Raekwon’s “Wu Massacre,” sold 4,900 albums this week, bringing their total to 60,000.


No. 128 Little Brother’s “LeftBack,” sold 4,400 this week, bringing their total sales to 4,600.

No. 183 Kurupt’s “Street Lights,” debut with 2,900 albums sold.

Anyway, "overall album sales in this past chart week (ending April 25) totaled 5.54 million units, up 3% compared to the sum last week (5.46 million) and down 10% compared to the comparable sales week of 2009 (6.17 million). Year to date album sales stand at 98.21 million, down 10% compared to the same total at this point last year (10.94 million)." Source
