According to the Associated Press, no criminal charges will likely be filed against supermodel Naomi Campbell arising from an incident yesterday involving her driver.

The driver alleges Campbell struck him from behind causing him to hit his head on the steering wheel of the car he was chauffeuring Campbell in. The driver also claims he suffered bruising under his right eye.

NEW YORK (AP) - Police say model Naomi Campbell likely won't face criminal charges in New York City after her driver said she hit him from the back seat of her luxury SUV.

The driver told police Campbell hit him from behind and his head struck the steering wheel, causing bruising under his right eye. He pulled over and got out to speak to a traffic agent, who alerted police.

Police on Tuesday issued a harassment report in consultation with the district attorney's office because no officer witnessed what took place in the black Cadillac Escalade. The move came after the driver decided not to pursue the matter. The report doesn't carry any penalty.

Campbell spokesman Jeff Raymond says the 39-year-old model will cooperate with police.
Check out NayNay’s rap sheet after the break!

Naomi’s Rap Sheet

  • In 2007 she pleaded guilty to throwing her cell phone (rumor has it NayNay beat down weapon of choice is a BlackBerry, bejeweled no less) at her maid over a missing pair of jeans. Punishment: She was sentenced to attend anger-management classes and a week of community service sweeping floors and scrubbing toilets with the New York Sanitation Department.
  • In 2005 she was accused of slapping her then assistant Amanda Brack and beating her with a BlackBerry (told yall!). Punishment:?
  • In 2000, she pleaded guilty in Toronto to a 1998 assault charge for hitting her assistant over the head with a phone and reportedly threatening to throw her out of a moving car. Punishment:?
The AP notes, that in the past Campbell has settled out of court with former members of her staff, the terms of which have been undisclosed.

NayNay even if the driver’s story is bogus, why is your name constantly involved in the whooping of your hired help’s ass? You need to be a life-long student of Anger-Management University and attend classes 4 days/week.

We like you around these parts and all, but one day you’re going to try and Blackberry the wrong person, and then let’s just say by the time that person gets done with you, no one will ever mistake you for a model again.
