ALBUM CHARTS FOR THE WEEK ENDING DECEMBER 13, 2009

No. 1 Susan Boyle’s "I Dreamed a Dream" sold 582,000 copies. After three weeks in stores, Boyle has sold a total of 1.8 million copies (Don’t stop get it, get it Susieboo!)





No. 2 Andrea Bocelli's "My Christmas" sold 400,000 copies.

No. 3 Fox’s hit television show "Glee” TV soundtrack, sold 173,000 copies.


No. 4 Taylor Swift's "Fearless," sold 168,000 copies.

No. 5 Carrie Underwood’s "Play On," sold 107,000 copies.


No. 6 Lady Gaga's "The Fame," sold 103,000 copies.


No. 7 Chris Brown’s "Graffiti," debut with 102,000 copies sold (“…that Rihanna reign just won’t let up…” I’m just phucking wit ya Breezy!).


No. 8 Justin Bieber's "My World," sold 97,000 copies.


No. 9 Michael Bublé's "Crazy Love," sold 92,000 copies.


No. 10 Gucci Mane’s "The State Vs. Radric Davis," debut with 90,000 copies sold (Not bad, considering you’re locked up under the jail for the umpteeth time for booger shit and you didn’t get a chance to properly promote your CD…Gucci!).


No. 12 Michael Jackson's “This Is It,” sold 82,800 copies. The album has sold a total of 1,048,200 in seven weeks.


No. 21 Black Eyed Peas' “E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies),” sold 63,200 copies, bringing their total sales to 1,553,700 copies sold.


No. 23 Snoop Dogg's “Malice In Wonderland,” sold 59,300 copies.


No. 28 Rihanna's “Rated R.” sold 50,200 copies this week. The album has sold a total of 290,600 copies since it’s late November 2009 release.


No. 36 Timbaland's “Shock Value II,” debut with 39,700 copies sold ("I'm going need you to say something," Tim! For instance, thank you Drake. By the way, LOVE that song!).


No. 40 R. Kelly's “Untitled,” sold 37,500 copies. The album has sold a total of 151,800 since its release two weeks ago.


No. 46 The Clipse’s “Til The Casket Drops,” debut with 31,500 copies sold.


No. 77 B.G.’s “Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood,” debut with 18,800 copies sold.


Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Dec. 13) totaled 12.00 million units, up 18% compared to the sum last week (10.14 million) and down 7% compared to the same sales week of 2008 (12.93 million). Year to date album sales stand at 342.3 million, down 13% compared to the same total at this point last year (394.2 million).
