According to Billboard,

Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 takes the top spot on Billboard Top 200 Chart for the second week in a row for the week ending September 20, 2009, while Whitney Houston’s I Look to You comes in at number 2.

No. 1 Jay-Z’s "The Blueprint 3" sold 298,000 copies this week bringing his total to 774,000 copies sold.

No. 2 Whitney Houston's "I Look To You" climbs one spot with 156,000 . With just three weeks in stores, "I Look to You" has sold 548,000 copies.

No. 3 Muse's "The Resistance" sol 128,000 copies.

No. 4 Kid Cudi's debut, "Man on the Moon: The End of Day," sold 104,000 copies.

No. 5 Miley Cyrus' "The Time Of Our Lives" EP falls 3 spots with 75,000 copies sold.

No. 6 Drake's seven-song EP, "So Far Gone," debuted with 73,000 copies sold.

No. 7 Lil Boosie "Superbad" with 49,000 copies sold.

No.8 Taylor Swift's "Fearless" moves up 2 spots with 46,000 copies sold.

No. 9 Megadeth "Endgame," with 45,000 copies sold.

No. 10 The Black Eyed Peas' "The E.N.D." slips 3 spots with 40,000 copies sold.

No. 14 Trey Songz's "Ready" slides 8 spots with 26,800. With just three weeks in stores, Songz has sold 204,700 copies to date.

No. 21 Maxwell's "Black Sumer's Night" fell 4 spots with 21,400. After 11 weeks in stores the singer's comeback album has sold 762,000 copies.

No. 22 Wu-Tang Clan's Raekwon's "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Part II" fell 18 spots with 89,200 copies sold.

No. 31 Eminem's "Relapse" moved up one spot with 13,900. After 19 weeks in stores, the rapper’s comeback album has sold 1,438,500 copies to date.

No. 34 Trick Daddy's independently released album, "Finally Famous: Born A Thug Still A Thug" made its debut with 13,300 copies sold.

No. 36 Pitbull's "Rebelution" dropped 12 spots with 13,000. After 3 weeks in stores, the rapper's latest album has sold 72,100 copies.

No. 39 Nelly Furtado's "Mi Plan" debuted on the charts this week with 12,900 copies sold.

No. 40 Beyonce's "I Am...Sasha Fierce" moved up 15 spots with 12,900. After 44 weeks in store, Beyonce has sold 2,413,700 copies.

No. 56 New Boyz's "Skinny Jeanz & A Mic" debuted with 9,800 copies sold.

No. 62 KRS-ONE & Buckshot's "Survival Skillz" also debuted with 8,600 copies sold.

No. 77 Q-Tip's long-awaited "Kamaal The Abstract" debut with 6,500 copies sold.

Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Sept. 20) totaled 6.42 million units, down 4% compared to the sum last week (6.71 million) and down 7% compared to the same sales week of 2008 (6.92 million). Year to date album sales stand at 250.6 million, down 14% compared to the same total at this point last year (291.4 million).
